Sarah Martin, PA-C, C-IAYT

Sarah Martin, PA-C, C-IAYT, is an Integrative Medicine Physician Assistant and Yoga Therapist who specializes in whole-person care. She is passionate about supporting individuals living with complex conditions such as chronic pain, chronic fatigue, IBS, concussion, ADHD, and autoimmune disorders. Sarah’s approach weaves together conventional medicine with the wisdom of Yoga Therapy and lifestyle medicine, empowering patients to engage their own capacity for healing.

Sarah is fellowship trained in Integrative Medicine through the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine with years of experience co-founding and growing an interdisciplinary program at TRIA in Minneapolis. She has developed expertise in guiding patients through complex health journeys with a clinical focus on identifying underlying drivers of illness, restoring balance to the nervous system, and building sustainable practices around sleep, nutrition, movement, genetic variations, stress management, and emotional well-being.

Sarah’s care is deeply relational—she believes that connection, compassion, and presence are essential for healing. Her work also extends to group programs, retreats, and educational workshops, where she integrates evidence-based medicine with community, ritual, and experiential learning. She leads Chronic Pain and Yoga Therapy classes at Be Free Healing Center in Fort Collins.

Rooted in the Midwest, her heart feels most at home in the mountains. She finds joy in hiking, backpacking, camping, and exploring wild places that remind her of our interconnectedness. Life is full and sweet with her two daughters, partner, and beloved cat, who keep her grounded in love and laughter.
