Lynn Bellmore, MD

Dr. Bellmore is a dietitian-turned-physician dedicated to empowering patients to take charge of their health through whole-person, individualized care.  Board-certified in Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine, Dr. Bellmore has a strong clinical focus on preventive medicine, mind-body medicine, exercise and nutrition, chronic disease management, and whole-person care. As a Health at Every Size® (HAES®) provider, she emphasizes inclusive, patient-centered approaches to wellness. She provides Integrative Medicine consults at the Wholeness Center only, not primary care services.

Dr. Bellmore’s goal in working together is to uncover and address the root causes of symptoms that often persist for years and impact quality of life. She partners with each patient to support the body’s natural healing processes using a blend of prescription therapies, supplements, and evidence-based lifestyle and integrative approaches — always tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Bellmore is committed to advancing both patient and provider wellness. She has been actively involved in residency education and has served on various provider wellness committees. She is also a board member of Inspired IM, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to integrative medical care and education. A passionate advocate for movement and outdoor activity, Dr. Bellmore enjoys running, cycling, hiking, and camping, making the most of all that Colorado has to offer. She is dedicated to fostering a love of movement in her community and serves as a board member of the Fort Collins Running Club and chairs the Youth Running Committee.

Dr. Bellmore completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Wisconsin, in Green Bay, medical school at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, in Madison, and a family medicine residency at North Colorado Family Medicine, in Greeley.
