I first fell in love with psychology in high school. It fascinated me to think of what our minds are capable of. After some soul searching in college, I started down the path to become a therapist. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my focus is on supporting clients through a therapeutic process of self discovery and growth.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and I incorporate it as much as I can into my practice. I am so fortunate and excited to be a part of a team that allows that process to happen more cohesively. Being raised to believe in the power of energy from a young age, I had awareness that different parts of our bodies are all connected. I will help you better understand your mind, body and spirit in order to get you to a place that feels more comfortable and authentic.
I feel lucky that I was born and raised in Fort Collins. There is just something about this place! I attended Colorado State University and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. After living away from Northern Colorado, my husband and I moved back where I went on to attend Regis University and received a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology.
I am so grateful to have settled here and made this my home again. During my free time, I enjoy running, yoga, hiking, reading and spending time with my husband and two kids. I continue to strive for balance and resilience in my own life and enjoy helping clients attain that feeling as well.
